Please fill out the form below to pre-register for one of our long-drive qualifiers. Qualifying fees are $20 per person and include (1) one bucket of range balls, and (3) three long-drive attempts. Participants will have the opportunity to pay for additional attempts. Payment WILL NOT be accepted through this form and must be provided at the site of the qualifier.

• Amateur status (participant will compete as an amateur at the World Long Drive Competition)
• Availability to attend official long-drive competition at The Insperity Invitational on Friday, May 3, 2024
• Availability to attend official World Long Drive Championship in Atlanta, GA in 2024 (travel will be compensated)
